Two technical domains. Emissions monitoring and gas measurement.

FUTUREGAZ operates across two parallel measurement disciplines: continuous emissions monitoring (CEMS) for regulated emission sources, and gas measurement and reconciliation for LNG and natural gas operations.

Both domains share the same engineering standard: defined measurement basis, documented assumptions, structured outputs, and clear traceability from instrument to reported result.

Type 1: CEMS Emissions Monitoring

Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEMS)

Stack-continuous monitoring of CO₂, SO₂, NOx, CO, CH₄, O₂, opacity, and flow. Deployable across power generation, cement and lime, oil and gas, steel and metals, waste-to-energy, chemical and petrochemical, and maritime operations.

Type 2: Gas Measurement Gas Measurement

Gas Measurement & Reconciliation

Custody transfer verification, boil-off gas quantification, regasification monitoring, and mass balance reconciliation. Applied across LNG terminals, FSRUs, offshore platforms, natural gas transmission, and maritime bunkering.

Where emissions monitoring meets gas measurement.

In LNG-fuelled maritime operations, both domains are active simultaneously: a CEMS stack records CO₂ and NOx emissions while custody transfer instruments track the LNG consumed. The data flows are separate, but the regulatory picture requires both.

In power generation, gas-fired plant operators face IED stack compliance from CEMS alongside gas metering obligations under transmission codes: two separate measurement systems that must produce a coherent energy and emissions account.

At LNG import terminals and FSRUs, mass balance reconciliation of transferred cargo is distinct from any on-site emissions monitoring, but both require the same discipline: traceable measurements, calibrated instruments, and documented calculation logic.
